Islip surgery is really nice the doctors are very good there however the receptionist are not that helpful can sometimes be very rude and abrupt on the phone and on the desk and get flustered very quickly. Also they don't seem to know all the information when asked and always have to call you back once spoken to a doctor however sometimes I haven't even been called back twice before.

Continuity of care with Dr Tranter is pleasant and reassuring. Straightforward advice and referral is greatly appreciated when needed. Recent routine review to encourage positive health was very forward thinking. Thank you.

My family & myself can always see a GP at short notice - not with our own doctor necessarily but there is always another doctor that can fit you in - or a locum. They are always on the ball with writing to us to inform us that our bleed tests are due etc, on the whole we are very pleased with the service we get.
